Job Description

Legal Secretary sought to support multiple Attorneys for a family law firm with new offices in Glendale.  Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of family law experience, familiarity with state and federal court filing (including e-filing), and manual calendaring experience in addition to a stable work history. Strong written/verbal skills required.

 Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Family Law Secretary
- Knowledge of filing/e-filing with various State and Federal courts
- Drafting and preparing correspondence, legal documents, pleadings, petitions etc.
- Calendaring
- Preparing motions/petitions for filing (with knowledge of TOC's and TOA's preferred)
