In-house position with Entertainment and Retail company for a Contracts Administrator.
Company is open to a partial telecommute/hybrid remote option but candidate will need to be able to commute to offices in Chatsworth area.
Main duties will include:
- Maintaining the company's centralized database of contracts.
- Preparing, negotiating, and executing various standard and nonstandard contracts.
- Reviewing company policies and procedures in effor to provide streamlining improvements
- Collaborate with different departments across corporate structure.
Ideal candidate will have Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal certificate, and at least 3+ years of contracts management in-house or with a law firm. Experience handling merchandising licensing is highly desired.
