Adam's & Martin Group has partnered with a California based debtor's rights law firm in Santa Ana seeks Legal Assistant who has worked in a law firm environment. Legal Assistant will assist with managing litigation cases from inception through settlement. Legal Assistant must have a bachelor's degree and at least 6 months of legal experience.  Firm offers competitive salary, full benefits package upon hire, work-life balance, and growth opportunities.   • Back-up receptionist
  • Mail, copy/reprographics, scanning
  • Facilities management
  • Scanning records
  • Entering new case files into database
  • Indexing and filing documents
  • Converting to paperless and uploading those documents into electronic files
  • Lifting boxes (min 25-50 min)
  • Customer interaction
  • Admin duties
