A prestigious law firm in downtown Denver is seeking a seasoned Office Administrator to oversee the efficient operations of their office. This is a fully on-site role requiring at least 15 years of office management experience within a law firm. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in supervising legal administrative staff and handling human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Directly supervise and support legal administrative and office services staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for professional development.
  • Manage human resources functions, including interviewing candidates, onboarding new hires, and addressing employee concerns.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize workflow and maintain compliance with legal standards.
  • Coordinate office activities and manage schedules to ensure seamless support for attorneys.
  • Handle budgeting and financial planning for office operations.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to maintain facilities and office equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of office management experience at a law firm.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven track record of supervising legal administrative and office services staff.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources practices within a law office setting.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office management software and legal practice management systems.
