Job Description

As an Intake Specialist at our lemon law firm, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal assistance with their lemon law cases. Your primary responsibility will be to gather essential information from clients, assess their cases, and determine their eligibility for representation by our firm. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless intake process and providing exceptional customer service to individuals facing issues with defective vehicles.

Hard requirements:
* Bi-Lingual (Spanish Speaking)
* Client soft skills, tech savvy
* Follows directions and ability to be agile
* Extreme attention to detail with a sense of accountability in their output

1. Salesforce experience or other CRM experience required.
2. Bi-Lingual is a plus but not required (they will hire bi-lingual candidate over non bi-lingual candidate)
3. College educated, fresh college graduate with strong attention to detail
