Job Description

global law firm is looking for a full-time IP Paralegal for their Denver office. Industry-leading compensation and comprehensive benefits offered! 


  • Management of the trademark and patent processes
  • Present and proofreading patent forms and documents
  • MUST have experience e-filing with the USPTO
    • Managing/updating files with the USPTO Pair database
  • Calculate Patent Term Adjustments and Process payment of Issue Fees
  • MUST be able to meet firm's internal/external deadlines
  • Admin responsibilities:
    • Timekeeping/billing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and paralegal cert from ABA certified program preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in a professional environment
  • Law firm experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Filesite is a plus
