A well-established law firm with offices in the South Bay Area, is currently seeking a Litigation Legal Executive Assistant in its downtown San Jose office.  
The ideal candidate has:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a litigation law firm
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant within a litigation firm
  • Strong knowledge of both federal and state court rules (state and federal e-filing experience required).
  • Calendaring experience 
  • Candidate must abe detail-oriented, have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, be able to work as part of a team
  • Must have the ability to prioritize work effectively and work under the pressure of deadlines.  
  • Advanced computer skills with MS Word and Legal MacPac experience.  
  • NetDocs and CompuLaw court calendaring experience a plus.
