Growing mid-size firm in Encino is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their team! The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of civil litigation experience, proficiency with propounding and responding to discovery, and some level of experience supporting attorneys during trial. 

Primary responsibilities will include :

  • Conducting research to support legal proceedings
  • Assisting attorneys with propounding and responding to discovery (interrogatories, requests for admissions, request for production, subpoenas, etc.)
  • Managing trial preparation including coordination of witnesses and travel, trial exhibits, charts, trial notebook, subpoenas and page lines
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Firm offers comprehensive benefits and is targeting $65,000 - $80,000 annually depending on experience.
