Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a small Immigration firm located in Santa Ana and is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join their team.  Previous Immigration experience required.  Must have CA Paralegal certificate or its equivalent..  This job can be performed remotely once the successful candidate has shown that they are competent in the subject matter and can adequately perform the job duties.

  • Proficient in immigration and naturalization forms i.e., H-1B, Blanket L-1As and L-1Bs, I-140, TN and PERM applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as working knowledge of LawLogix or INSZoom
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, bilingual a plus
  • Highly organized with excellent case management abilities
  • Paralegal Certificate or its equivalent
This is a Temp to Hire position paying between $28 - $33 as temp and up to $37 per hour once hired depending on experience.
