Job Description

Adam& Martin Group is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Sexual Abuse Victim Litigation Associate Attorney! An ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in plaintiffs' litigation, managing cases from intake through settlement or jury trial. Must have experience chairing jury trials, taking and defending depositions, drafting complaints and discovery requests, managing discovery, and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions. Ideally, candidates would come from personal injury, plaintiffs' employment, or sexual abuse victim practices.

Qualifications:

* Admission to the State Bar of Minnesota or NY eligibility for admission by reciprocity.

* 5+ years practicing Sexual Abuse law.

* Proven track record of success in handling sexual assault/abuse litigation matters from intake to trial/settlement.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional excellence.
