Job Description

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a highly motivated Employment Litigation Attorney with 4 plus years of experience in labor/employment law. The ideal candidate will have significant litigation experience, employment counseling and compliance issues. Corporate transaction, construction and/or traditional labor law experience is a plus!

Requirements:

• Admission to the State Bar of Minnesota.
• 4+ years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
• Proven track record of success in handling employment-related litigation matters.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong litigation experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
