Responsibilities:

• Dive into E-Discovery like a pro, tackling requests with finesse
• Craft motions, pleadings, and discovery docs with precision
• Navigate the digital landscape, e-filing in State and Federal courts
• Master the art of deadline juggling
• Gear up for trial with top-notch preparation

Requirements:

• 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience
• Insurance defense preferred
• Hold a Bachelor's degree and ABA-approved paralegal certificate
• Prefer a background in civil litigation and trial
• Excel in Microsoft Office suite
• Navigate legal platforms like a boss: Sharefile, PACER, FileVine, CaseAnywere, or similar
• Rock solid written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
