Job Description

Mesothelioma law firm seeking an experienced litigation paralegal (3-5 + years) They need someone with strong discovery (respond/propound templates provided) Form and special rogs, RFA and RFP. Additionally, E-filing for state and federal courts, calendaring deadlines, and assisting preparing for trial. Above skill set and experience, they are looking for the right personality to join their team.

$35-$40/hour DOE and $85K salary upon hire after 90 days.

Top 3 Things:
(1) Proficient in e-filing in state and federal courts
(2) Calendaring using Compulaw preferred.
(3) Preparing for trial*
