Job Description

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a law firm in downtown Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.
  • Draft and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests/responses.
  • Organize and manage case files, exhibits, and trial binders.
  • Attend trials and provide on-site support to attorneys, including managing exhibits and coordinating witnesses.
  • Summarize depositions, trial transcripts, and other legal documents.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court officials as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience attending and supporting trials.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Paralegal certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and litigation processes.
