Associate Attorney:
An exceptional OC law firm, committed to delivering the highest caliber of legal representation in the areas of real estate, employment, litigation and corporate is seeking an associate attorney.
The firm emphasis on four core practice areas:
Real Estate: Encompasses everything pertaining to your "places,' from acquisition to zoning.  They represent developers, owners, landlords, and tenants in retail, industrial, office, and residential markets.  With have vast experience with shopping center development, commercial leasing, home building, medical office and assisted living.  Represent businesses of every type and size--from start-ups to Fortune 500--with their own real estate needs.
Employment: The Employment Group provides expert counseling for employers on personnel issues and defends employers in employment litigation in court and before administrative agencies on anything from a wage claim before the Labor Commissioner to multi-million-dollar class actions in California state and federal court.  Provide expertise in labor law and dealing with unions and the National Labor Relations Board.
Litigation: The Litigation Group handles every type of business dispute, with special expertise in real estate, construction, environmental, and employment litigation.  
Corporate: The Corporate Group of represents both privately held and publicly traded companies in a wide variety of legal projects, including corporate transactions, corporate governance, securities law matters and general business law counseling.

Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of litigation experience
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Member of the California Bar in good standing

Salary: $150,000-$200,000
