A full-service law firm located in Clayton, is seeking an experienced attorney to join an energetic, busy elder law team.

Qualifications include five plus (5+) years elder law experience with special needs planning and document drafting; Medicaid nursing home vendor, home and community based advising and application preparation; Medicare long-term care and long-term disability claim and appeal advising and application preparation; Conservatorship/Guardianship representation; Veteran's Aid and Attendance benefit advising.

Base salary, plus bonuses and benefits. Base salary is negotiable, especially for a partner level attorney; the calculations are very transparent when it comes to origination fees and billable hours, so they can make a lot of money that isn't reflected in the base salary.

They will allow a hybrid schedule as an option.
