Job Description

An established firm in Lakewood is seeking a part-time paralegal to join their team. To be successful in this role you must have strong experience working on complex civil litigation cases.


Qualifications:
Experience filing in Colorado, Federal and Appellate courts
Previous experience working with product liability and construction defect cases
Ability to work 4 days in office 3-4 hours per day

Duties:
Prepare court documents
Conduct legal research and discovery
Draft correspondence
Prepare petitions and compile witnesses
Client correspondence and interaction
Supporting up to two attorneys
