A prominent Medical Malpractice defense law firm in Glendale seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. Litigation Paralegal should have a minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience with medical malpractice or insurance defense litigation.
Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for drafting motions, summarize medical records, trial prep, conducting legal research, and overall management of assigned case work.
Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities include:
(1) Draft motions
(2) Summarize medical records
(3) Trial prep
(4) Draft letters and correspondence
(5) Redact document
Litigation Paralegal should have an outstanding attitude, excellent MS Office skills, well-developed communication abilities, effectively managing multiple projects, and strong attention to detail.
Firm offers a full benefits package. ?Position is on-sitem and is open to a salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on the candidate's experience.
