Job Description

Growing law firm in West LA is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their growing Lemon Law practice. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Plaintiff Civil Litigation experience, fluency in Spanish, and strong interpersonal skills. Firm is very open to training on the nuances of Lemon Law Litigation. 

Primary responsibilities include: 

• Manage the fundamental aspects of a lemon law claim
• Propounding and responding to discovery
• Drafting motions and other legal documents
• Communicating with clients
• Depo and trial prep

Required Experience: 

• 1 - 2+ years civil litigation experience required; Lemon Law experience is a plus
• Spanish fluency is a preferred but not a requirement
• Able to work fully on-site

Paying $25 - $30/hour depending on experience.
