Litigation firm is looking for:
-You must have prior experience as a case manager at a personal injury firm.
-You must be able to speak Spanish fluently.
-You must understand the Injury Claims process and have a basic knowledge of Medical Terminology

Your duties will include initial and ongoing client contact, requesting medical records, scheduling medical appointments, managing client's medical care, opening/closing files, calendaring events, resolving PD and loss of use, reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution, preparing files to submit to demand writers, and overall quality client care.
Client Communication: You'd need to facilitate communication between clients and the firm, translating documents, conversations, and legal terms accurately to ensure clients understand their cases and the legal process.
Case Management: Handling case files, gathering and organizing evidence, and coordinating with medical professionals, insurance companies, and legal teams. This requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Legal Documentation: Preparing and translating legal documents, such as claim forms, settlement agreements, and court filings, to ensure they are accurately completed and submitted.
Client Support: Providing emotional and logistical support to clients, answering their questions, and guiding them through the legal process.
