Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 annually

Top Qualifications for the Business Litigation Paralegal:

• Extensive litigation experience, particularly in business litigation or commercial real estate litigation.
• A minimum of 4 years of eDiscovery experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to draft legal documents, manage high-volume document production, and assist in trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities for the Business Litigation Paralegal:

• Draft and prepare correspondence, discovery documents, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with minimal supervision.
• Manage high-volume document intake, scanning, organization, production, and indexing, including the use of eDiscovery tools.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions and trials, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and deposition notices, and maintaining accurate case calendars.
