Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join the Financial Services Department of a reputable firm. This role involves managing and overseeing the full spectrum of client account analysis and billing operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of legal billing experience in a law firm or professional services setting.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Extensive experience with legal billing software
- Required expertise in electronic third-party billing systems
- Ability to interpret and adhere to complex billing guidelines, as well as manage e-bills, including handling appeals for deductions and specialized legal billing
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks, process high volumes of billing, and perform efficiently under pressure
- A professional approach to resolving billing challenges

***Proficiency in LEGAL Billing software is a must such as: 3E or Aderant
