Join Our Dynamic Litigation Team as a Paralegal!

Are you a skilled paralegal with a passion for personal injury litigation? We're looking for a talented individual to join our Orange County office (with options for LA) and help us tackle complex legal matters in the insurance defense arena. This full-time role offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $41.50 - $44.00 (equating to $86,320 - $91,520 annually), based on your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in Litigation Support: Assist with insurance defense matters, focusing on personal injury cases involving product liability, premises liability, construction site accidents, and transportation incidents.

• Manage Subpoenas: Prepare and track subpoenas to ensure all litigation processes are seamless and timely.

• Analyze Critical Documents: Review and summarize medical, employment, and third-party vendor records to support our litigation strategies.

• Handle Discovery: Manage written discovery responses, ensuring all documents meet the necessary legal standards for litigation.

• Participate in Trial Preparation: Play a key role in preparing for trial, collaborating with attorneys to ensure every detail is meticulously organized.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-10 years of paralegal experience, particularly in personal injury litigation.

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, and a Paralegal Certificate is required.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office with at least one year of experience.

• Attention to Detail: A self-starter with excellent attention to detail, strong writing, and analytical skills.

• Independence: Ability to work efficiently and independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Schedule:

• Work Hours: Full-time, 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.

• In-Person Work Required: While this position is primarily in-person, hybrid work may be considered after a 90-day probationary period (preferably 3-4 days in the office).
