A small firm that is primarily dedicated to representing local governments in the state of Georgia is seeking an Associate Attorney with 4-5 years of experience in litigation and contract matters.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Managing and overseeing transactional matters, including contract drafting, negotiations, and due diligence.
· Handling litigation cases, representing clients in court, and providing strategic legal advice.
· Collaborating with a team of attorneys to ensure comprehensive and effective legal solutions to clients.
· Contributing to business development initiatives and maintaining client relationships.
