Title: Hybrid Litigation Associate Attorney

Location: Denver, CO 80202

Compensation: $220,000 - $243,000

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a motivated Mid-Level Litigation Associate with 4-6 years of experience, ideally transitioning from a clerkship or private practice with a strong focus on civil litigation. As part of their trial-based practice, you will have the opportunity to take cases to trial, working closely with experienced attorneys in a niche and dynamic practice environment. Associates there enjoy early responsibility, including leading cases and developing their litigation skills, offering a fast track to a highly rewarding career.

Requirements:

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

* Strong academic credentials, preferably from a top 40 law school, with a GPA of 3.3 or higher (3.5+ preferred).

* Admitted to the Colorado Bar and in good standing

* 4-6+ years of experience in civil litigation, preferably from a clerkship or private practice.

* Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and lead litigation efforts.

* Preference for candidates with experience in Big Law or who can articulate their leadership and ability to perform beyond expectations.

* Excellent legal writing skills, with the ability to provide a writing sample.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead civil litigation cases through all stages, including taking cases to trial.

* Collaborate with a dedicated team of litigators on high-stakes matters across various jurisdictions to achieve the best possible results.

* Engage in direct client service and build strong professional relationships within the firm.

* Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for court appearances.

* Participate in firm meetings, events, and engagements.

* Collaborate with a dedicated paralegal and support staff.

Billable Hours:

Target of 2000+ hours annually.

* Hybrid work model: 3 days a week in the office.

Compensation:

Salary: $220,000 - $243,000 Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Bonuses: Annual discretionary bonuses.
