Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, or equivalent work experience in trust and estate planning.
  • Paralegal certification or eligibility to become a certified paralegal is preferred.
  • Prior experience as an estate planning paralegal, including drafting wills, trusts, and related documents.
  • Proficiency in legal research and staying updated on changes in trust and estate planning laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage directly with clients in a friendly manner.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with trust and estate planning software and technology tools is a plus.
  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and upholding the highest ethical standards in the legal profession.
