Compensation: $38 to 43 an hour; up to 115k upon hire

Our growing Pre-Litigation team is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team in Encino, CA (Los Angeles). This is an exciting opportunity for a driven attorney to manage and resolve cases in the critical early stages of litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Associate in the Pre-Litigation department, you will:

• Manage a docket of Pre-Litigation cases and work diligently toward timely resolutions.
• Report directly to a senior partner and collaborate with a team of skilled paralegals for administrative and substantive support.
• Lead negotiations with opposing counsel to reach favorable outcomes for clients.
• Provide guidance and leadership to non-attorney team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain open and clear communication with clients, keeping them informed on the progress of their cases.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of cases.
• Must be in good standing with the California State Bar.
