Municipal Law Attorney (Transactional) - Flexible Work Location (hybrid or mostly remote) | Sacramento, CA
Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Municipal Law Attorney on behalf of a well-regarded law firm that provides comprehensive legal services to cities and public agencies. This position focuses on transactional work and advisory services in municipal law.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as legal advisor to planning commissions and public boards.
- Provide guidance on compliance with the Brown Act, Public Records Act, and Political Reform Act.
- Attend public meetings, offering real-time legal support.
- Advise municipalities on land use, governance, and transactional matters.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience representing public agencies in transactional and advisory matters.
- Direct experience advising public bodies.
- Strong understanding of the Brown Act, Public Records Act, and Political Reform Act.
- Ability to attend and advise at public meetings.
