Job Description

Litigation Secretary sought to support multiple Attorneys for a multi-faceted law firm in the West Los Angeles area.  Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of litigation experience, familiarity with state and federal court filing (including e-filing), and manual calendaring experience in addition to a stable work history. Strong written/verbal skills required.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Secretary
- Knowledge of filing/e-filing with various State and Federal courts
- Drafting and preparing correspondence, legal documents, pleadings, etc.
- Calendaring
- Preparing motions for filing (with knowledge of TOC's and TOA's preferred)
