- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Secretary
- Knowledge of filing/e-filing with various State and Federal courts
- Drafting and preparing correspondence, legal documents, pleadings, etc.
- Preparing motions for filing (with knowledge of TOC's and TOA's preferred)
