Position Overview

Busy plaintiff-side personal injury firm seeking an experienced PI Paralegal to support a high-volume product defect and heavy litigation team. This paralegal will work alongside another experienced paralegal and support a senior attorney, associate attorney, and legal assistant. The firm is open to candidates with plaintiff PI experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who enjoys complex litigation, steady workflow, and collaboration within a close-knit legal team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support complex personal injury litigation matters, including product defect cases
  • Prepare and manage pleadings, discovery, and litigation documents
  • Handle Colorado state, multi-state, and federal e-filing
  • Coordinate with attorneys and support staff to manage case workflow
  • Assist where needed across the firm, particularly with bilingual clients (preferred)

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of paralegal experience in litigation
  • Experience in personal injury or related complex litigation
  • Strong organizational and case management skills
  • Bilingual skills are highly beneficial, though not required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to $90,000/year

Schedule & Work Arrangement

  • Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with flexible start/end times
  • Work Model: Temp-to-hire or Direct Hire
