  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Elder Law / Estate Planning Attorney to support a busy practice in Lakewood, Colorado. The ideal candidate has a strong background in estate planning, probate matters, and litigation related to elder law, with the ability to work independently in an in-office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and review estate planning documents, including:
    • Wills
    • Trusts
    • Advance Directives
    • Related estate planning instruments
  • Handle matters involving:
    • Probate estates
    • Conservatorships and guardianships
  • Support or manage probate litigation and elder law-related legal issues
  • Work collaboratively with firm staff while independently managing assigned caseload

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Licensed attorney in good standing (Colorado preferred)
  • Proven experience in elder law, estate planning, and probate litigation
  • Hands-on experience drafting estate planning documents
  • Experience with Probate Estates
  • Experience handling Conservatorship and Guardianship matters
  • Wealth Counsel experience strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work fully in-office during scheduled hours

Pay Rate

  • $40-$70+ per hour, commensurate with experience
