Case Management
Organize, maintain, and update case files (physical and electronic)
Track deadlines, court dates, and litigation calendars
Assist with case strategy meetings and attorney preparation
Document Preparation & Review
Draft, proofread, and format pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondence
Prepare exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders
Review and summarize depositions, medical records, contracts, and other case materials
Discovery Support
Manage document production, including Bates labeling and privilege review
Coordinate e-discovery processes with vendors and internal teams
Conduct factual research using legal databases and public records
Court Filings
File documents in state and federal courts

Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience
3+ years of litigation experience
Trial experience strongly preferred
Proficiency with legal research tools and e-discovery platforms
Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and professionalism
