The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and managing due diligence, including title and survey review, as well as leases, subleases, licenses, easements, loan documents, joint ventures, LLC operating agreements, and limited partnership agreements. Experience with transactions involving potential eminent domain issues is a plus.
Strong academic credentials from a top law school, active bar admission, and prior law firm experience are required.
