Litigation Secretary Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, revise, and finalize a broad range of litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
  • Manage state and federal e-filings, ensuring strict compliance with court rules, procedures, and filing deadlines
  • Provide comprehensive litigation support, including case management, file organization, discovery tracking, and trial preparation
  • Act as a professional liaison with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors
  • Maintain attorney calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings, and track all litigation deadlines
  • Prepare and process billing entries and expense reports with accuracy
  • Proactively monitor and follow up on critical deadlines to ensure timely completion of all tasks
