Adams & Martin Group is recruiting a Corporate Affairs Administrator to join the growing team of a large corporate company. Primary purpose for this role is to help with the organization and processing of the company’s various insurance needs, corporate registrations and licensing, as well as corporate regulatory matters. In addition, this role will work with special projects in the Finance Department and will interact with various departments throughout the company. Ideal candidate is someone working with corporate contracts and has experience with insurance legal terminoly. This is a full-time permanent role with great benefits!


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar environment/role with a large company
  • Compliant with contracts and insurance documents
  • Previous law firm experience is ok but not required
  • Must have experience with general legal terms
  • Must know insurance terms in a legal capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
