Are you an experienced legal support professional lookingto make a career move? The DC office of a great law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support a team of litigation attorneys in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  This Legal Assistant will be assisting with litigation support including legal document production, e-filing, and trail preparation as well as providing administrative support including calendar management, travel arranging, managing client files, and assisting with time entry and expenses. Candidates with previous law firm experience are encuraged to apply.

Job Requirements

2 + years of law firm experience in a litigation practice
Strong administrative skills including ability to type 60 words per minute
Microsoft Office Software proficiency
Document management experience
e-filing experience
Bachelors Degree Preferred
