Several Orange County law firms are seeking receptionists for their offices. The ideal candidate will be able to answer phones on a multi-line phone system, greet visitors, notify company personnel of phone calls and visitors, collect mail, and maintain proper office processes and procedures.
Duties also include maintaining a safe and clean lobby environment, receiving and sorting mail and deliveries, and coordinating meetings.
