Mid-size law firm in San Francisco Financial District is looking for an organized and self-motivated Legal Assistant to join their team.
The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. The candidate should have good computer skills, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) and Adobe, strong writing skills, great organizational skills and attention to detail, and a willingness to be hands-on. Bachelors degree or equivalent required. This position is ideal for someone thinking of attending law school in the future.
Responsibilities include court and office filings, back-up telephones, word processing, basic accounting, and general support tasks.
This is a full-time position and starts immediately. Compensation is competitive, depending on experience. Medical benefits.
