Job Description

SF Family Law firm seeks Family Law Paralegal with 5+ years of family law experience. 

Details:

Candidate must possess superior interpersonal skills, excellent writing and proofreading skills, knowledge of Local and State Rules of Court and their filing procedures, familiarity with e-filing, proficiency in Adobe Professional and Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Outlook and Excel). Candidate must be able to work independently in a growing and fast paced environment; organization skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and ability to prioritize multiple projects a must. Experience with discovery and Trial procedures.

Daily duties will include:
- Heavy contact with counsel, judicial officers and clients; 
- Coordination of multiple attorney calendars;
- Calendar court related and discovery deadlines;
- Track and enter your billable time (there is a monthly billable requirement);
- Draft discovery, subpoenas, financial disclosures and pleadings; 
- Coordinate and meet multiple filing deadlines and work under pressure; and
- Work closely with clients regarding document productions and trial preparation.
