Job Description

SF Family Law firm seeks secretary with 3+ years of family law experience. 

Requirements: Candidate must be punctual, possess excellent phone skills, excellent writing and proofreading skills, proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Professional and Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Outlook and Excel). Candidate must be self-motivated but able to work as a team. Organization skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and ability to prioritize multiple projects is essential. 

Daily duties will include heavy phone contact with clients and counsel, format/edit letters, manage client files (hard copy and electronic), assist with messenger service coordination, coordinate multiple attorney calendars, schedule meetings with clients and counsel, and process incoming and outgoing correspondence.
