Job Description

Established and highly regarded boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Transactional Paralegal to join their Downtown Los Angeles office. The Paralegal candidate must have at least 5+ years of experience within commercial real estate, entity formation and corporate governance, and at least 2 years of real estate finance and loan restructuring.

The Transactional Paralegal will be responsible for negotiating Pro Forma Policies, reviewing organizational documents, preparing purchase and sales agreements, leases, and other related documents, title review, redlining, maintaining checklists, and coordinating closings and preparing closing binders.

The Firm offers, a 7-hour workday, hybrid schedules, and generous benefits.

Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually + eligible for annual discretionary bonus
