Transactional Legal Secretary
Los Angeles firm seeks talented Transactional Legal Secretary to support partners & associates. Legal Secretary will be responsible for revising and assisting partners with legal documents as well as transcribing.
Successful candidates for the Transactional Legal Secretary role are professional and courteous with a positive can-do attitude. High School Diploma or Equivalent
1+ years of experience as a litigation legal secretary / administrative assistant
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
