Job Description

A boutique law firm is looking for a Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team out of their Aurora, CO office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage civil litigation cases from inception through trial/settlement
• Exhibits, depositions, and hearing/trial notebooks
• Court appearances
• Case management
• Discovery- Westlaw
• Civil litigation/family law experience required & criminal defense experience preferred

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience practicing as a civil litigation attorney
• Knowledge of Colorado CRCP
• Ability to commute to the firm's office in Aurora, CO
• Must have organizational and prioritization skills
• Experience with Clio preferred
• Spanish speaking is a plus- not required
• Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, team player

Pay Rate: $40-$75/hr.
